Frida is from Colorado and moved to Los Angeles at the age of 18 to pursue a career in dance. Since taking this leap of faith she has had nothing short of incredible experience. Including assisting executive choreographer Megan Lawson in Italy, Carly Rae Jepsen’s music video Dir. by Matty Peacock, and Chor. by Karen Chuang, and conceptualizing and performing at TNT’s exclusive ‘I Am The Night’ Premiere. During the rollercoaster of 2020 Frida decided to take action within the isolation and signed with Clear Talent Group New York City, while spending three months living in NYC in the fall. What’s she up to now you ask? These days she can be seen performing in the Stranger Things - Drive Into Experience in Los Angeles, CA put on by Netflix.

Aside from her core passion as a dancer Frida also has worked professionally as a Photographer and Graphic Designer. It is her innate value of creativity that keeps her driven and focused balancing an eccentric & creative lifestyle. What keeps her excited and motivated you ask? She is passionate about well-being, mental health and travel and she believes that all of these things are foundational elements in who she is and everything she does!
